COVID19 Update

HMC is administering Pfizer booster vaccines for 12 and up and Moderna boosters for 18 and older. Boosters are given 5 months after the 2nd dose of the primary series for both Pfizer and Moderna.

Pediatric COVID – 19 vaccines for children ages 5-11 are available.

Schedule:

Appointments for Moderna: Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Appointments for Pfizer: Tuesday/Thursday

Bring your original COVID-19 vaccination card/vaccine record and proof of insurance (if applicable) with you to your appointment.

HMC is currently NOT able to provide COVID-19 testing for:

asymptomatic individuals, return to work, return to school, or travel
