HMC is currently NOT able to provide COVID-19 testing for:

asymptomatic individuals, return to work, return to school, or travel

HMC is now offering Pediatric COVID – 19 vaccines for children ages 5-11. Please 316-283-6103 call to schedule appointments.

HMC is continuing to schedule appointments for booster/additional doses of COVID-19 vaccinations. You must have an appointment to receive a vaccine.

Schedule:

Appointments for Moderna: Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Appointments for Pfizer: Tuesday/Thursday

Call 316.283.6103 to schedule your booster vaccine.

Bring your original COVID-19 vaccination card/vaccine record and proof of insurance (if applicable) with you to your appointment.
