Health Ministries Clinic has slots available for the COVID-19 vaccine on Friday, March 12th, 2021 from 12:30-4:45pm. You must be available for your second dose on April 9, 2021

Those currently eligible are:

• 65 or older

• Essential healthcare workers (must provide employee ID and current paystub/proof of employment)

• Firefighters, police officers, first responders, correction officers

• Grocery store workers and food services

• K-12 and childcare workers, including teachers, custodians, drivers and other staff (must provide employee ID and current paystub/proof of employment)

• Food processing, including meat processing plants• Large scale aviation manufacturing plants

• Transportation workers

• Workers in the following industries, if they regularly need to be in high-risk settings to perform their duties:

o Retail, warehouses and sales outletso Agriculture

o Supply of critical services or materials for the COVID response (e.g. PPE)

o The U.S. Postal Serviceo Department of Motor Vehicles
