The HMC provider on-call can be paged through the NMC Health Switchboard during nonbusiness hours by calling (316) 283-2700.

No appointment needed. Walk-in patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and wait times will vary.

If you think you are having a medical or psychiatric emergency, visit the nearest emergency room or call 9-1-1.

What to bring to your appointment:

Please bring ID and proof of insurance (or Medical Card). If you don’t have insurance, bring proof of income so HMC can assign you to a sliding fee scale. Bring any medication that you are currently taking so the provider can better assist you. X-ray and laboratory services are available to walk-in patients.
