Tracy Jarrell

Tracy received her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Hesston College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Wichita State University and her Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership degree from Friends University. Tracy has experience in both hospital and clinic settings; most recently at a large regional clinic where her work focused on risk and compliance activities.

Tracy is a native of Newton and loves to be able to serve in this community.

I am excited about being able to support Health Ministries Clinic in the mission of promoting and improving the quality of life for the local and surrounding communities. Newton has been my home for a lifetime and I am delighted to be able to care for your family and mine.”

Paul Faber

Paul graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from Walla Walla University and received
his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Chadwick University. Paul brings over 20
years of non-profit financial management.

Paul is committed to helping HMC meet its mission to our community.

Angie Schmidt

Angie earned her Bachelor’s degree in social work from Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, Colo., focusing on long-term care administration. She has experience working in a variety of private and public service settings. Angie came to work at Health Ministries in 2014 and helps provide oversight to areas related to compliance and workplace safety.

Tionna Botterweck

As the Chief Operating Officer, Tionna is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and general management of HMC’s operations at our three locations. Tionna leads approximately 170 employees in advancing the company’s mission, vision, core values, strategic priorities and growth goals. She assists in identifying organizational needs, and plays a pivotal role in facilitating resources to develop solutions to solve HMC’s most complex challenges. She partners with the Executive and Leadership Team’s to identify the unmet needs of the patients that HMC is uniquely positioned to serve.

Matthew Schmidt

A licensed specialist clinical social worker, Matthew has 19 years experience working in the behavioral health care field, including more than 10 years as Director of Community Support Services and Access/Emergency Services at a local community mental health center. He has served on numerous statewide committees and taskforces and is active in the community.

Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bethel College, North Newton, Kan., and his master’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare, Lawrence, Kan.
