Free Sports Physicals During HMC Mobile Sports Physical Events

FREE Sports physical events have CLOSED for 2024.

Sports Physicals During Non-Events: We’ll still provide sports physicals at Health Ministries Clinic or on HMC Mobile. There’s a fee of $25, but discounts are available based on our sliding fee scale.
