No appointments are needed for this is all first come first served walk-in based events. You will check in with staff at the defined check-in table at each location and start there!

Please bring these items: Insurance card, driver’s license or ID and if possible, the vaccine consent form found HERE.

Short sleeve shirts or removable jackets work best for vaccine administration!

Regardless of insurance or income, HMC is committed to providing a flu vaccine for anyone in the community needing one.

The age to receive a flu vaccine is 9 years old and up. There will be regular and high dose flu vaccines available for the different age categories.
