Health Ministries Clinic is now scheduling appointments for our COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 from 1:00-4:00PM. **You must be available for your second dose on April 13, 2021**

Those currently eligible are:• 65 or older• Essential healthcare workers (must provide employee ID and current paystub/proof of employment)• Firefighters, police officers, first responders, correction officers• Grocery store workers and food services• K-12 and childcare workers, including teachers, custodians, drivers and other staff (must provide employee ID and current paystub/proof of employment)• Food processing, including meat processing plants• Large scale aviation manufacturing plants• Transportation workers• Workers in the following industries, if they regularly need to be in high-risk settings to perform their duties:o Retail, warehouses and sales outletso Agricultureo Supply of critical services or materials for the COVID response (e.g. PPE)o The U.S. Postal Serviceo Department of Motor Vehicles
