No-Show Policy

Important Update

To help improve access to care and ensure appointment times are available for patients who need them, Health Ministries Clinic will update its No-Show Policy, effective September 7, 2026.

Beginning September 7, any appointment that is not canceled or rescheduled at least one business day prior to the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer that appointment time to another patient.
